摘要
提出了一种适用于超精密切削的新型二维微进给工作台系统,工作台的X、Y方向分别采用三个弹性变形筋的非对称新型结构形式,使刀具安装面位于工作台面的一个角落上。并对这种新型结构形式进行了理论和实验分析,分析表明这种结构形式的微进给工作台不仅在X、Y、Z三个方向具有较高的刚度,而且其它动静特性满足超精加工的要求。
A new twn dimension micro-stage system used for ultraprecision cutting is indroduced. An asymmetric structure with three leaf springs is used in X and Y directions, so that the working platform can be positioned at a corner of the stage. Theoretical and experimental analysis of the performance of the microstage is also carried cut. The analysis results show thatthe developed microstage has not only high stiffness in X,Y and Z directions,but also good static and- dynamic perfurmance. It can meet the requirements of ultraprecision cutting well.
