摘要
目的探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)和增殖细胞核相关抗原(Ki-67)在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达与其组织分级、临床分期的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测卵巢上皮性癌组织45例和卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织19例中COX-2、VEGF-C及Ki-67蛋白的表达。结果卵巢上皮性癌中COX-2、VEGF-C和Ki-67蛋白的阳性表达率均明显高于良性上皮性肿瘤(P<0.05),三者在卵巢上皮性癌组织Ⅲ、Ⅳ期中的表达率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,且随着病理分级增高而显著增加(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2、VEGF-C、Ki-67与卵巢上皮性癌的发生和发展中起着重要作用,三者在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达与病理分级、临床分期密切相关,对卵巢上皮性癌的诊断及预后判断有一定价值。
Objective To explore the significance of COX-2,VEGF-C and Ki-67 in the pathogenesis and development of endome al carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical detection of COX-2、VEGF-C and Ki-67 protein were performed on 45 epithelia ovarian carcinoma and 19 benign epithelia ovarian neoplasm tissue.Results The postive rates of COX-2、VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 protein expression were higher in epithelia carcinomas than those in benign ones(P0.05).The expression rates of COX-2、VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 protein were higher in clinical stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ than those in stageⅠ,Ⅱ,and which were increased with the grading(P0.05).Conclusions COX-2,VEGF-C and Ki-67 were involved in the pathogenesis and development of epithelia ovarian cancer;COX-2 may function by increasing the expression of VEGF to promote the proliferation of cells.
