摘要
科学、系统地组织和实施高校大学生就业指导课程并进行相关的教学活动,能积极地促进高校毕业生的就业工作。该文分析了当前内蒙古自治区部分高校就业指导课教学中存在的问题,从就业指导课程要贯穿于大学教育的整个过程、就业指导课应采取灵活多样的授课方式和教学方法、就业指导课内容要全面而丰富三个方面提出了高校就业指导课教学改革的策略。
Scientific, systematic organization and implementation of employment guidance courses can actively promote the employment of college graduates. This article analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of employment guidance courses in higher vocational colleges of Inner Mongolia, and gives countermeasures that the employment guidance courses of college education should be throughout the entire process, should adopt various flexible teaching methods, and the content should be comprehensive and rich.
