摘要
为了描述和分析高校和大学生对就业指导实践的评价现状 ,本研究采用自行编制的“北京高校就业指导现状的调查问卷”和“北京市大学生对学校就业指导的意见调查”问卷 ,分别对北京地区 16所高等院校和其在校的 2 0 0 0多名大学生进行了问卷调查。调查结果显示 :在就业指导周期 ,就业指导对象的范围 ,以及就业指导内容和就业指导方式四个方面 ,学校和学生的评价是不一致的。
In order to describe and analyze the evaluations on the career guidance for college students in Beijing, this paper surveys 16 institutions of higher learning in Beijing and more than 2000 students, adopting “Questionnaire on the status quo of the Career Guidance from institutions of higher learning in Beijing” and “Questionnaire on the Opinions of the College Students in Beijing about the Career Guidance”. The result shows that there is big difference on four aspects between different colleges and universities, between different students, ranging from the period, the scope, the contents and modes of the career guidance.
