摘要
通过借鉴野中郁次郎的知识创新系统理论,对影响大学科技园SECI模型的知识资产、巴的内涵进行了具体的界定,并结合大学科技园的特点对知识资产重新进行了分类,提出了微观巴和宏观巴的概念。在此基础上,构建了以SECI模型为核心的大学科技园知识创新系统模型,并将它的本质内涵归纳为三个活动过程,同时分析了支撑大学科技园知识创新系统模型正常运行的四个辅助子系统。
By referring to Nonaka＇s knowledge innovation system theory,the paper defines the concepts of the knowledge asset and the Ba which can affect the SECI model of University Science Parks.It also re-classifies the knowledge asset of University Science Parks and gives some details on interpreting the meaning of Micro Ba and Macro Ba.The paper puts forward the Knowledge Innovation System of University Science Parks based on the SECI model.Meanwhile,it also points out that the new system can be divided into three activities essentially.Finally,it gives some further analysis on the four sub-systems that support the Knowledge Innovation System of University Science Parks.
