摘要
技术知识是构成企业技术核心能力的基础 ,是维持企业竞争优势的最重要源泉。本文在分析技术知识的内涵、组成和特性的基础上发展了企业技术知识管理的过程模型 ,并从技术知识战略、技术知识网络、技术创新管理、组织学习等方面探讨了技术知识管理的方法。
Technological knowledge is the core of a firm's knowledge system. It is an important source of competitive advantage. This paper introduces the concept, constitution, features, and measurement of technological knowledge. Based on this, a technological knowledge management model is advanced. Finally, four methods of technological knowledge management are examined.
