摘要
机组实际运行中,主蒸汽温度不可避免地偏离基准值而影响机组的热耗率。以汽轮机变工况理论为基础,结合热力系统计算,采用MATLAB编程,计算得到了机组主蒸汽温度与热耗修正曲线。与汽轮机制造厂提供的曲线对比,结果表明方法具有一定的计算精度,简单实用,能够满足工程实际的需要。
Due to the main steam temperature deviating the design data inevitably during unit practical operation,it affects the heat rate.In this paper,based on the variable condition theories of steam turbine,combined with thermal system calculation,a correction curve between main steam temperature and heat rate is concluded through the calculation for an actual unit.Compared with the supplier,it is demonstrated that this method is feasible and it can satisfy the actual requirement of a project.
