摘要
高压加热器是热力系统重要设备之一,对机组运行热经济性影响较大。利用常规热力性能试验中测量的高精度参数,精确定量分析高压加热器节能潜力,越来越受到各电厂的重视。能效分布矩阵及其补充方程是新近提出的一种局部定量分析模型,文中以实例详细介绍了其补充方程在高压加热器定量分析中的应用,并采用常规热平衡和等效热降法对定量分析结果进行了验证。说明了能效分布矩阵补充方程在汽轮机常规性能试验定量分析中的适用性、准确性。
As one of the key equipment in thermal power system, HP heaters effect the thermal economy in unit operation in greater extent. It is catching increasing attraction to quantitative analysis of energy saving potentiality of HP heaters precisely by using the high precision parameters based on the thermal power performance test. Energy matrix diagram and its supplementary fomula is a kind of partial quantitative analysis model put forward recently. The application of its supplementary fomula onto the quantitative analysis of HP heaters has been introduced with vivid example in the paper. The conclusion of the analysis has been inspected with the method of routine heat equilibrium and equivalent heat drop. Applicability and accuracy of the energy matrix diagram and its supplementary fomula in the analysis of turbine routine performance test have also been described in the paper.
