摘要
《反垄断法》的颁布实施,极大地促进和保障了民生的发展。在阐述了民生的理念和实践基础上,承认了竞争思想的重要性;提出民生思想更应是我国《反垄断法》的思想基础;认为《反垄断法》的制定拓宽了民生建设的层次,并为民生建设提供了有力的保障。
The promulgation and the enforcement of the Anti-monopoly Law aim to promote and pro-tect the development of the people＇s livelihood. Based on the elaboration about the perception and the action of the people＇s livelihood, the importance of the thought of competition is recognized; And the paper elaborates the idea that the people＇s livelihood should be the thinking foundations of the Anti-monopoly Law;Meanwhile, the paper insists that the formulation of the Anti-monopoly Law widen the phase the construction of the people＇s livelihood and provide the protection to it.
