摘要
以学年学分制为代表,分析不完全学分制对高校学生工作的挑战和影响,在不完全学分制条件下,对建立"双班级制"和"双师制"的日常管理体系,建立以学生公寓为中心的思想政治工作体系,推动党、团思想政治工作进公寓,建立面向全体学生的服务体系,建立学生科学评价体系,建立学生社团管理体系等问题进行探讨和思考。
Taking term credit as representative,analyzes the challenges and implications of incomplete credit on college student work,under the conditions of incomplete credit discusses and thinks some problems on building the daily management system of ＂Dual Class System ＂ and ＂Dual System＂,building the ideological and political work system that take student apartment as center,promoting the political work of party and group in apartments,building the service system for all students,building the scientific evaluation system for students,and building the student association management system.
