摘要 从生物DNA的角度,提出了供应链DNA的模型,基于模型对供应链重组过程中的企业内部和供应链节点间的流程重组加以论述,通过供应链磷酸二酯键以及供应链氢键的描述,从定性和定量的角度提出了业务流程重组的方法,突出关系重组的重要性,为解决供应链业务流程重组问题提供了新思路。 The paper introduces the DNA model of the supply chain after studying its analogic similarity with the biological DNA. Then, it analyzes the enterprise-internal and supply ehain inter-nodal business process reengineering during the process of supply chain re-structuring. Through describing supply chain phnsphodiester linkage and hydrogen bond, it offers a new view of process re-engineering both qualitatively and quantitatively and emphasizes the importance of relation recombination.
