摘要
通过分析国内外铁路物流发展现状和发展趋势,结合国外物流中心建设及发展经验和铁路物流中心主要业务流程,研究了我国铁路物流中心与铁路货运站货运业务的区别与联系,建立了我国铁路物流中心的具体业务流程,提出了通过铁路货运站改造及建立铁路物流中心的发展模式和经营模式。
The paper analyzes the current status and development trend of railway logistics both at home and abroad,analyzes the differences and connection between the freight business of railway logistics centers and railway freight yard in view of the construction experiences of logistics centers and the main business processes of railway logistics centers abroad,establishes the specific business process of railway logistics centers in China,and proposes the development and business mode through reengineering railway freight yards and constructing railway logistics centers.
