摘要
针对当前我国很多城市进行物流节点规划时采用功能区式布局模式的问题,从物流运作主体的多元化和业务功能的完整性出发,提出依托铁路建设的城市物流节点应该避免一贯采用的功能区式布局模式,而宜采用混合式布局模式。围绕铁路货运、延伸和配套功能服务的部分适宜采取功能区式的布局模式,而围绕物流基本功能服务的部分较宜采用地块式布局模式。
With the diversity of logistics operating agents and the integrity of logistics functions in view, the paper points out that when constructing rail-dependent urban logistics nodes the commonly adopted functional-area-based layout model should give place to the hybrid layout model. To be more specific, the planning of the railway freight services, extended freight services, and freight service suites should follow the functional-area-based model while the planning of basic logistics functions should adopt the lot-based model.
