摘要
通过分析当前铁路货物运输存在的问题,引入发展现代物流观念,尝试调整货运站规划与布局,提出货运站布局原则及调整方案,建立货运基地中心,以达到优化铁路货运资源配置的效果。
Through analyzing the problems currently experienced in railway freight transportation, the paper proposes to introduce the concepts and principles of modem logistics into the adjustment of freight stations, presents the layout guidelines and working plans, and argues that establishing freight bases and centers could promote the optimal distribution of railway freight resources.
