rAd-LMP_2-DC治疗鼻咽癌47例的护理

摘要 目的探讨护理对鼻咽癌患者实施树突状细胞免疫疗法的影响。方法对47例鼻咽癌患者用重组EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白2腺病毒转染自体树突状细胞(rAd-LMP_2-DC)进行免疫治疗,在治疗过程中强化患者心理护理,提高患者对治疗的依从性,同时加强在采血、免疫治疗各个环节中的安全管理,注重与保证各个环节的治疗安全。结果 47例入组患者中,1例有过敏现象,经治疗与护理后47例患者均顺利完成治疗计划。结论心理护理及安全管理对树突状细胞免疫疗法治疗鼻咽癌患者的治疗效果起着很重要的作用。 Objective To study the influence of nursing for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by dendritic cell vaccine immunotherapy. Methods Forty-seven patients with nasopharyngeal cancer who treated by autologous dendritic cell loading recombinant EB virus membrane proteln-2 received nursing. The nursing meassures included strengthening psychological counseling and closing observation on patients to improve treatment compliance, and strengthening safety management in taking blood and immunotherapy process. Results One of forty-seven eases appeared hypersensitivity. All the patients finished the plan of treatment without other complications. Conclusion Mental nursing and safety management play important roles in nasopharyngeal carcinoma treatment by dendritic cell vaccine immunotherapy.
