摘要
为解决大学生志愿者组织管理人才和骨干精英缺乏,运行管理机制不健全,缺少必要的条件保障等问题,需要积极开展组织形式、管理机制、保障体系、工作渠道等基础性和创新性建设,以形成大学生志愿服务长效机制,促进大学生志愿服务事业的健康、持续发展。
College voluntary organization faces problems such as management personnel shortage,imperfect operation mechanism and lack of necessary conditions.We must do active solid and innovative work to improve college voluntary work in organizational form,management system,security system and work channels in the hope of and building up a long-acting mechanism for college students to provide voluntary services.
