摘要
大学生志愿者骨干在志愿活动中起着模范、引导、服务、激励等重要作用,因而要挖掘出志愿者骨干,进行科学管理,把握准入关,挑选出德才兼备者;有效培训,提升综合素质与能力;科学激励,留住人才。
The backbones of college student volunteers have played the role of exemplar,leading,service and encouragement in volunteer activities so that it is of great significance to select the backbones and have a scientific management.Strict selection will find out the real volunteers of fine moral and talents.Effective training will improve their quality and competence.Scientific encouragement will make sure that more and more volunteers take part in these activities.
