摘要
论述了联轴器轴线偏心与轴系振动之间的关系、影响以及产生的原因,文中实例已经在用户现场做了分析、试验,并采取了相应的措施,验证了两半刚性联轴器轴线偏心在0.1 mm,汽轮发电机组转速3 000 r/min时振动数值超差,采取联轴器螺栓孔铰正后试车,振动数值减少,为提高刚性联轴器制造精度提出了改进建议和方法。
In this article, the relation of eccentricity of couple axises and the vibration of shaft system, the cause of the vibration occurred in shaft system and the effect of eccentricity of axises to the vibration were analyzed. A practical measurement was carried out onsite, with the data resulted in which analysis and test were performed. It was verified that when the eccentricity of 0.1 mm of the axes of two half couplings was existed, the vibration will exceed the limit at electrical generator rate of 3000r/min. After the adjustment of the bolt - hole in these two coupling, the vibration was weak apparently. Thus, some methods of improving fabrication precision were proposed.
