摘要
有机合成实验装置是精细化工专业职业教育和技能培训多功能反应实验装置,本文分析了有机合成装置的构成,介绍了有机合成装置的功能单元,总结了在应用过程中出现一些问题,如搅拌轴冷却的问题,搅拌轴与搅拌浆的连接方式的问题以及顶端视镜塌陷问题等,并提出了相应的改进措施。
Organic synthesis experiment device is a fine chemical professional occupation education and skills training multifunctional reaction apparatus.The composition of organic synthesis device was analyzed , and the organic synthesis of functional units was introduced.Some problems appeared in the application process were summarized.For example , the stirring shaft cooling problem , the connecting problem of the stirring shaft and the stirring slurry, the top mirror collapse problem , and so on.Finally, some improvement measures were put forward.
