摘要
目的总结腮腺Warthin瘤的临床特点。方法回顾性分析1999年1月至2008年12月内蒙古医学院第一附属医院和内蒙古自治区人民医院口腔科收治的109例腮腺Warthin瘤患者的病历资料,分别就年龄、性别、吸烟史、多发性及治疗方法予以分析总结。结果 109例Warthin瘤中男女比例约5.8:1,50～70岁为发病年龄高峰,其中单发病例数明显多于多发。吸烟患者男性明显多于女性。结论腮腺Warthin瘤临床特点显著,手术治疗治愈率高,术式选择可根据实际情况决定。
Objective To study the clinical features of Warthin＇s tumor.Methods One hundred and nine cases of Warthin＇s tumors treated in the Affiliated Hospital and People＇s Hospital in Inner Mongolia from 1999-01 to 2008-12 were analysed.Investigate the incidence features and the percentage change of Warthn＇s tumor.Results Among 109 cases of Warthin＇s tumor,the ratio of male to female was 5.8：1.0.Age from 50 to 70 was a risk period.Single was much more than twin and multiple in Warthin＇s tumor.The number of smokers in men was much more than women.Conclusion Surgery is still the first choice for parotid gland neoplasm,and the surgical pattern should be choosen according to the situation of different patients.
