微通道经皮肾输尿管镜碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下微通道经皮肾穿刺输尿管镜碎石取石术（MPCNL）治疗上尿路结石的疗效和手术经验。方法对46例患者接受MPCNL治疗上尿路结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 46例患者,男25例,女21例;肾结石19例,输尿管上段结石27例。Ⅰ期成功建立单通道44例,双通道2例。术中、术后未发生严重并发症,取净结石44例;残留结石2例,术后Ⅱ期行体外震波碎石治疗。手术时间45~125min,平均手术时间56min,住院时间9~12d,平均住院时间10d。结论超声引导下,微通道经皮肾穿刺输尿管镜碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石安全、可靠。
