摘要
目的探讨超声在经皮肾穿刺输尿管镜碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石中的应用价值。方法肾结石患者43例、输尿管上段结石22例在超声引导下经皮肾穿刺造瘘，插入输尿管镜，气压弹道碎石取石。结果65例手术全部1次穿刺成功，63例完全由超声引导、监测，2例需结合C臂X光机，无1例发生严重并发症。结论超声引导在经皮肾穿刺输尿管镜取石术中发挥重要作用，超声引导安全可靠，副作用少，值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the feasibility and value of ultrasound guidance in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL） for upper urinary calculi. Methods 43 cases of renal calculi and 22 cases of upper ureteral calculi underwent ultrasound-guided MPCNL .Results Total 65 cases achieved one-stage, 63 cases were guided by ultrasound only, 2 case need C-arm X-ray, no severe complications were noted. Conclusion Ultrasound guidance can play an important role in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for urinary calculi. It is a safe method with few complications, and should be recommended to be used in clinic.
