由于吲哚类化合物具有显著的生物活性和应用功能,所以含有吲哚骨架化合物与其衍生物的合成与性能研究,一直是广大专业人员的研究热点之一。本文将对常见的吲哚类化合物合成方法作一简要介绍。包括以下几个部分:1)吲哚化合物合成方法简介;2)3-甲基吲哚化合物合成方法简介;3)5-甲基吲哚化合物合成方法简介。
This paper is focused on the synthetic methods of indole compounds and its derivatives. Including the following sections： 1） synthetic method of indole; 2） synthetic method of 3-methyl indole; 3） synthetic method of 5-methyl indole.
