摘要
当代中国社会正处于快速转型期,社会结构发生深刻变化,工人阶级、农民阶级和知识分子阶层内部不断调整、分化,社会成员在不同阶层中相互流动。本文从理论到实际,以动态的观点,分析了我国快速转型期社会阶层分化的现状、原因及趋势,指出了由于社会阶层分化而引发的众多社会问题,对于预警公共安全、积极处理转型期阶层矛盾与群体利益冲突、构建和谐社会,具有重大的理论价值和现实意义。
At present,Chinese society is experiencing rapid social transition.The social structure has been profoundly changed.There have been constant adjustment and differentiation within the working class,the peasant class and the intelligentsia,and social members move from and to different strata.The writer has,from theoretical to practical aspects,analyzed in a dynamic way the current situation,causes and future trend of social stratification during the rapid transition period in China.According to the writer,many social issues resulting from social stratification will be of great theoretical and practical importance for us to take precautionary actions on public security,actively deal with the contradiction between different strata and conflicts of group interests,and build up a socialist harmonious society.
