摘要
目的:加强专科临床药师的人才选拔与培养,切实提高临床药学服务水平。方法:采取个人申报、统一考核、择优录取形式确定人选,制定详细的工作指标进行规范培训、并实施全程绩效量化测评。结果:理论考试、专家测评、民主评议后,各项成绩加权统计、汇总后进行成绩排序,3名人选确定后,按照已定的计划开始专职临床药师工作,实施一年来取得较好效果。结论:实施公开竞聘选人、量化考评用人的管理机制,有助于人才培养和学科建设。
Objective:To Recruiting and training full Time Clinical Pharmacist, raising the level of pharmaceutical care of our hospital. Method:Those applied for position of Full Time Clinical Pharmacist were tested. The best ones were admitted and estimated according to the previous target. Result:Three Pharmacists passed the tests and got the position of Full Time Clinical Pharmacist. They have been working more than one year, evaluated according as the guideline.The behavior have bring good benefit. Conclusion: It is a good managing mechanism to recruit the best and estimating their works all the way. It is very useful for person's training and academic construction.
