摘要
本文描述了华文睾吸虫在豚鼠体内的发育情况。华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染豚鼠后1h,在其小肠内脱囊为童虫,3h后进入胆总管和肝胆管中发育;第5d童虫口吸盘开始增大,并出现生殖器官雏形;第8d其睾丸、卵巢、子宫等生殖器官隐约可见;第10d睾丸分支,卵巢边缘有浅沟;第15d卵黄腺排列整齐;第20d虫体发育完全成熟;第22d在豚鼠粪中查到华支睾吸虫虫卵。
The purpose of this paper is to describe the development of Clonor-chis sinensis in guinea-pig's body.One hour after the guinea-pig was infected with the encysted cercariae of Clonorchis sinensis,the cercariae broke through the cysts to become young worms in the small intestine and then entered the choledo-chus and hepatobiliary ducts to develop three hours later.On the 5th day,oral suckers of the young worms began to broaden and the embryonic forms of the genital organs appeared.On the 8th day,the genital organs such as testes,ovaries and uteri were seen indistinctly.The testes were seen to be branched and grooves appeared along the margin of the ovaries on the 10th day.Vitelline glands were arranged in order on the 15th day,and on the 20th day,the bodies of the worms became completely mature.The eggs of Clonorchis sinensis were detected in the feces of the guinea-pigs on the 22nd day.
