摘要
应用抗猪囊尾蚴单克隆抗体,对猪肉组织液中的猪囊尾蚴循环抗原进行检测,实验结果表明,猪体一旦感染猪囊尾蚴,无论距囊结远近,其组织液中均可检测到特异性循环抗原,其检出的蛋白含量与虫体感染密度的高低成正比,与虫体发育的程度成反比。该检测方法对旋毛虫病猪、肉孢子虫病猪和健康猪的检测结果均为阴性。提示用单克隆抗体不仅能检测到猪体组织液中特异性循环抗原,而且具有较高的敏感性和特异性,建立了一种通过检测组织液来判定肉类是否感染猪囊尾蚴的免疫学方法。
This paper described the detection of circulating antigen of Cysticercus cellulosae in the tissue fluids of pigs with McAb against Cysticercus cellulosae . The results showed that when the pigs were infected with Cysticercus cellulosae ,the specific circulating antigens could be detected in the tissue fluids,despite of distance to the cysts. The concentration of antigen detected in pigs was directly proportional to the infection density and degree of maturation of Cysticercus cellulosae . And it was negative in pigs with trichinellosis and sarcosporidiasis,or healthy pigs. It was suggested that McAb could be used to detect the specific circulating antigen of Cysticercus celluolsae in the tissue fluids of pigs with high sensitivity and specificity. A immunologic test was established to determine the infection with Cysticercus cellulosae in pigs by detecting the tissue fluids.
