摘要 目的 探查脑梗塞灶周围区GAP-43表达的结构和时间.方法 运用电凝阻断大脑中动脉脑局部缺血模型和免疫组化(ABC)染色方法,对38只SD大鼠进行了研究.结果 GAP-43阳性反应发生于脑梗塞灶周围区的神经元的胞体和突起.其表达高峰在脑梗塞3~7d,随后逐渐减弱.神经元突起的阳性反应显示不同的形式和时相,其反应部位邻近梗塞区,在脑缺血2~3w,其显示强反应,没有发现胶质细胞的阳性反应.结论 局灶性脑缺血诱导GA-43蛋白质在梗塞灶周围区神经元表达,提示缺血区周边皮质神经元有生长和修复反应倾向. Objective To explore the construction and time-course of GAP-43 protein expression at the periphery of infarction site. Methods MCAO-model and immunohistochemical technique were used in theis study in 38 SD male rats.Results GAP-43 positive reaction occurred in neurons(not glial cells)and their processes at the periphery of infarction site, and the expression peaked at 3-7d postinfarction.and then, it was down- regulated gradually. The positive reaction of neuronal processes, which reaction was near the infarction site and peaked at 2 -3w postinfarction.a different form to cell bodies.Conclusion The results that focal cerebral ischemia induced GAP-43 protein over-expression suggested the plastic response of neurons to cerebral ischemia.
