摘要
目的：探讨颈静脉球体瘤手术效果及临床治疗经验。方法：复习１９８５～１９９５年１０例颈静脉球体瘤手术病历，其中６例肿瘤直径＞５ｃｍ。结果：肿瘤均能满意地予以完整的切除，平均手术时间６ｈ，平均失血量８００ｍｌ，随访１～５年无复发，其中７例术后３年复查均正常。结论：现代影像学及显微手术的进步，使得完整切除大型颈静脉球体瘤成为可能，手术成功的关键在于认真的术前检查及准备，术中细致的止血措施及精心的术后护理。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of surgical treatment of glomus jugular tumor. Methods: Ten cases of glomus jugulare tumor (19851995) were reviewed. Among them the tumor exceeded 5cm in diameter in 6 cases. Technical aspects were carefully noted. Results:TBZ Complete resection was achieved in all of the 10 cases. The average duration of operation was 6 hours and blood loss was 800ml. No recurrence occurred after 15 years. Seven patients who lived for over 3 years postoperatively were in good condition. Conclusion: Successful operation on large glomus jugulare tumor has become possible with the advent of modern imaging and microsurgery. Adequate presurgical preparation and familiarity with the regional anatomy are essential in order to give good hemostasis and meticulousl nursing care.
