摘要
设计了一种基于DSP的数字化控制PWM调速送丝系统,分别采用双极模式和受限单极模式两种方式进行送丝实验,两种模式采用不同的采样方式和控制方式。实验结果表明,在电网电压波动和送丝软管从平直状态到软管中部弯绕φ400 mm一圈情况下,发现两种送丝方式都能满足要求,而采用受限单极模式PWM控制方式时送丝性能最好,送丝速度最稳定。
A digital PWM speed control system for wire-feeding based on DSP is designed in the paper,two PWM control methods of bipolar mode and limited-monopolar mode have been tested respectively,with the various methods of sample and control.It has been indicated that excellent capability and stable speed of the wire-feeding system can be achieved by the PWM control method of limited-monopolar mode,which can totally meet the requirements of welding process,with the test condition of fluctuating voltage of power grid and the state of wire-feeding tube changing from straight to curve a φ400 mm circuit in the middle.
