摘要
本文采用新型的送丝机构对MAG焊进行了实验研究,结果表明采用脉动送丝方式在远远低于临界电流时就可达到射滴过渡,突破了原有的射液过渡临界电流的局限,而且有效地提高了焊丝的熔化效率。
MAG Welding was studied experimentally using new type wire feeder in the Paper. The results verified that the SPray transfer could be achieved with a welding current far below the crihcal value with pulsating wire feeder. The limitation of critical current of the spray transfer is broken, and the wire melting rate is improved effectively.
