摘要
随着高速铁路的快速发展,对钢轨接头的要求也越来越高。气压焊适用于无缝线路的单元焊和锁定焊。其中顶锻过程是影响焊接质量的重要因素,研究影响顶锻过程的因素有利于改善焊接质量。采用AMESim仿真软件搭建顶锻系统模型,根据气压焊的工艺要求设置子模型的各项参数,分析在顶锻过程中活塞杆的运动情况,得出溢流阀自身的特性直接影响顶锻过程的稳定性。比较了负载存在偏差时两个油缸的顶锻量,得出负载的偏差引起顶锻油缸的不同步,并提出采用分流集流阀的方法进行焊接顶锻系统改善优化,经过500余个焊头的实际应用表明优化效果良好。
With the rapid development of high speed railway,the quality requirements of railway joints must be better and better.The gas pressure welding is applied in unit welding and locking welding on the continuous welded rail.The upsetting process is more important for the welding quality.Build the model of upsetting system by simulation software AMESim.According the process of gas pressure welding set parameters for the sub-model,study the displacement of rod in the process of upsetting,concluded that relief valve features directly impact on the stability of upsetting.The difference between the two loads on the hydro cylinders causes rod's movement out of step.The article propose to use shunt valve assembly for improving synchronization of the two hydro cylinders,the practical applications of more than 500 welded joints show that the optimization effect is satisfactory.
