摘要
本文基于AMESim与Simulink两个仿真软件,利用两个仿真软件各自的优点,取长补短,实现对9KG-350型高密度压捆机液压系统的联合仿真。液压系统建模过程由AMESim环境下建立的液压系统机械模型和Simulink环境下建立的液压系统控制模型组成,通过建立联合仿真模型,运行仿真编译器,获得9KG-350型高密度压捆机液压系统中活塞位移、压缩力、速度等曲线;通过仿真分析验证了压捆机液压系统的特性。该模型较准确地代表了9KG-350型高密度压捆机液压系统,为压捆机的试验研究提供了试验平台。
This paper utilize the advantages of the softwares to achieve the co-simulation of the hydraulic system model which is 9KG-350 High Density Hay Baler based on the simulation softwares of AMESim and Simulink.The modeling process of hydraulic system has two parts.The first part is building the mechanical model of hydraulic system in the environment of AMESim.The second is building the hydraulic control system model in the environment of Simulink.By modeling the co-simulation and running the simulation compiler,this experiment can get curves of rod displacement,rod velocity and compression force.In contrast to the working parameters of designing the hydraulic device and the parameter of the maximum force of driving,the simulation tested and verified the feature of hydraulic system of Baler.this model can be as a correct model of 9KG-350 High Density Hay Baler.So the simulation softwares provide good simulation platform for the study of Baler.
