摘要
本文观察了30例胃腺癌和10例乳腺癌间质中肌成纤维细胞的超微结构。可将其分为三型:Ⅰ型,来源于成纤维细胞,存在于所有乳腺癌及部分胃腺癌间质中,其数量较多者淋巴结中未见癌转移;Ⅱ型,类似平滑肌细胞;Ⅲ型,兼有纤维细胞特征。Ⅱ、Ⅲ型细胞仅见于部分胃腺癌间质中,无论其数量多寡,均有淋巴结癌转移。
An ultrastructural study of the myofibroblasts was made in 30 gastro--adenocarcinomas and 10 breast carcinomas.The results showed that there were 3 types of myofibroblasts.Type Ⅰ comes from the fibroblasts that lie in the stroma of all breast carcinomas and part of gastro-adenocarcinomas,No lymphnode metastasis was observed in the cases in which numerous myofibroblasts were found in stroma,and the response of fibroblast to tumor in breast carcinoma was generally sharper than that in gastro-adenocarcinoma.Type Ⅱ was similar to the smooth muscle cells,while type Ⅲ had the features of fibrocytes.Both types were noted in the stroma of the gastro-adenocarcinomas and tumor metastasis was seen in either.
