摘要
五环三萜类化合物(PentacyclicTriterpenoids)是一类分布广泛的天然活性物质,分为齐墩果烷(Oleanane)型、乌苏烷(Ursane)型、羽扇豆烷(Lupane)型和木栓烷(Friede-lane)型四大类型,其抗肿瘤活性一直是国内外研究的热点.本文总结了近几年来国内外关于这四类化合物抗肿瘤活性和抗肿瘤机制的研究情况.
Pentacyclic Triterpenoids,including Oleanane, Ursane , Lupane and Friede-lane type ,are some active substance widespread in the plant kingdom , and the antitumor activities of Pentacyclic Triterpenoids have always been hot research points at home and abroad .The paper summarized the studies on antitumor activities of Pentacyclic Triterpenoids and the mechanism of their antitumor effects in recent years.
