摘要
以三坐标测量机为基础,以平面度测量与误差评价方式为研究对象,通过3个实例重点讨论了三坐标测量时取点数量和取点方式对测量精度的影响,并得出了相应的结论。
The thesis based on coordinate measuring machines,compared right plane measurements with multi-point measurements,the number of the measured points obtained have a major impact on plane flatness,and through actual measurement of the three typical materials which more truly reflect the flatness measuring points can be obtained.
