摘要
目的:探讨影响流动孕产妇系统管理因素,提高社区孕产妇系统管理率。方法:查看2006年1月1日～2009年12月31日分娩的本辖区9个社区居委会1 041名流动孕产妇的孕产妇保健卡,对所有相关内容整理、统计、分析。结果:4年中,流动孕妇住院分娩率保持100%,≥5次产检率从60.78%上升至74.38%,流动孕产妇系统管理率显著提高(P<0.01),建卡率和早孕检查率虽有较大提高,但仍有超过五成流动孕妇未建卡(56.36%)及孕早期未做检查(50.24%),部分产妇对产后访视认识不足;经济、文化、计划外生育是影响社区孕产妇系统管理的重要因素。结论:孕产妇系统管理率逐年提高;加强基层妇幼保健机构建设及信息化管理是搞好流动孕产妇管理的重要环节。
Objective：To explore the effect factors of systematic management of floating pregnant women,increase the rate of systematic management of floating pregnant women in community. Methods：The health care cards of 1 041 floating pregnant women in 9 communities who deliveried from January 1,2006 to December 31,2009 were checked,the related data were classified and analyzed statistically. Results：From 2006 to 2009,the hospital delivery rate of floating pregnant women maintained 100%,the rate of prenatal examination for 5 and more than 5 times increased from 60.78% to 74.38%,the rate of systematic management of floating pregnant women increased significantly（P〈0.01）.Though the rate of establishing health care card and the rate of early pregnancy examination increased,more than 50% of the floating pregnant women did not establish health care card（56.36%） and received early pregnancy examination（50.24%）;partial women did not understand the importance of postpartum visit;economy,education and unplanned birth were important effect factors of systematic management of floating pregnant women in community. Conclusion：The rate of systematic management of floating pregnant women increases year by year;it is an important link of management of floating pregnant women to enhance construction of primary maternity and child care institutions and information management
