摘要
当前我国贫困地区的公共卫生问题比较突出。本文以典型调查方法,对贵州省某贫困县的妇幼保健工作情况进行调查分析,随着社会的发展,该县的妇幼保健服务利用能力有了一定程度的提高和改善,妇幼医疗保健技术和水平基本可以满足当地需求,农村孕产妇保健覆盖面扩大,儿童计划免疫和系统管理工作得到加强。但与全国相比还存在差距,特别是村妇幼保健工作有待进一步提高,妇幼保健财政投入应得到加强。
Nowadays the problem of public health ill poor area in China is more and more serious. With researching and analyzing the data of woman and children of one poor country of Guizhou province, the article points out that there is some improvement on the ability of service and using of woman and children at that country, including： ① the medicine technology of woman and children can satisfy the needs of people; ② the cover rate of maternity in rural areas has a high raise; ③ the work of plan immunity and management or children has been reinforced. But there is big gap comparing with the country rate. At last, the article points out the country should add financial investment and so on.
