摘要
阐述了活塞环使用初期磨合的重要性和活塞环－缸套的磨合机理，通过其磨合改善活塞环及缸套的表面结构和组织性能，即“摩擦改性”，提高了活塞环的密封性及减摩耐磨性能。指出了影响初期磨合的主要因素，确定了合理的磨合工艺规范。
