摘要
采用专业班主任制替代本科生导师制,在克服导师制一些弊端的同时,更有利于发挥专业教师在学生专业学习方面的引导作用,激发学生的学习积极性.专业班主任制的实施对分流培养教学计划的落实,以及学生创新精神、实践能力和培养质量的提高等都起到了积极的促进作用.
The substitute of professional class adviser system for undergraduate turorial system,is more helpful in guiding the students learning and inspiring the students enthusiasm.Professional class adviser system plays a positive role in implementing the grouping teaching program and improving the students creativity,practical skills and the training quality.
