摘要
通过对国内已运行的 2 0余台 30 0MW机组燃用无烟煤W火焰双拱锅炉实际运行情况的分析研究 ,认为其燃尽率较低的主要原因为制粉系统、炉膛、燃烧器匹配不好 ,各煤粉管道风煤比偏差过大 ,燃烧后期混合差。对此 ,提出四角切圆燃烧或对冲布置旋流燃烧方式也是燃用无烟煤锅炉的优选方式之一。
Through analysis and study of practical operation situation for anthracite firing boilers with w-shaped flame and twin-arch combustion of more than twenty 300 MW units having been put into operation in our country, it is considered that the main causes of lower burn-up ratio are as follows: bad match of coal pulverizing system, furnace and burners; deviation of air/fuel ratio among individual coal-powder pipelines is too large; the mixing behaiour during the final stage of combustion is not good. Hence, it is suggested that the four corner tangential firing or in-opposition arranged swirl firing mode is still an optimal mode for anthracite firing boilers.
