摘要
本文倡导在整个旅游教育体系中建立互动性的旅游人才培养锥体发展模式,各旅游院校则要具体实施旅游人才“点链式”培养方法,由旅游院校采取相应的对策以支持旅游人才培养模式。
the cone mode of training manpower with the interactive exchanges between the different stages should be constructed and developed in the whole educational authority. And the drop-chain method of instruction should be systems executed by the tourism academies and schools. Finally, the tourism academies and schools also should act the corresponding countermeasures.
