摘要
目的:测定百力牌防霉防蛀复合喷剂的急性毒性,对其安全性作出评价。方法:一次性灌胃给药、静式染毒柜染毒和直接涂(滴)药液。结果:小鼠急性经口毒性LD_(50)=4641.6mg/kg,95％可信限3480.2～6191.4mg/kg。急性吸入LC_(50)>10000mg/m^3。家兔皮肤刺激积分值为零,48h后的眼刺激平均指数为零。结论:本品属低毒级产品,对皮肤和眼无刺激作用,使用安全。
to determine the acute toxicity of the preventing mold and moth spray and evaluate its safety. Method:Single oral incubation,inhalation at stable concentration,smearing directly the rabbits' skin with the spray and putting drops in the conjunctiva crypt of rabbits. Result: Acute oral LD50 = 4641. 6mg/kg in mice, and the conference limit of 95% is 3480. 2-6191. 4mg/kg. Acute inhalation LC50 of mice is beyond 10000mg/m3. There is no irritation to the rabbits' skin or eyes. Conclusion-This product belongs to a lower toxicity substance through oral or inhalation, and it has not irritating to the rabbits' skin or eyes. It's safe used in sanitation.
