摘要
目的 :通过观察开音片的抑菌作用及对小鼠免疫功能的影响 ,进一步探讨其抗咽喉感染的机理。方法 :用试管法检测其抑菌试验及对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清溶菌酶含量的影响。结果 :开音片对引起喉部慢性炎症的常见病原菌均有明显的抑制和杀灭作用 ,其大剂量组能增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ,提高其血清溶菌酶含量 ,与对照组相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论
OBJECTIVE: To observe the influence of Kayin Tablet on antibiosis and mouse immunologic function and investigate its mechanism of resisting throat infection. METHOD: Tested antibiosis by tube assay, inspected the phagocytosis of mouse celiac phagocyte and the content of serum lysozyme. RESULT: Kaiyin Tablet had an obvious inhibition on common pathogenic bacteria of chronic throat inflammation, its large dosage enhanced the phagocytosis of mouse celiac phagocyte and increased the content of serum lysozyme, there was an apparent difference in comparison with the control( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Kaiyin Tablet has effects on antibiosis and enhancing immunologic function.
