摘要
目的：通过观察小鼠耳廓微循环的变化，探讨开音片活血化瘀的作用。方法：采用ＸＹ－３型微循环显微镜来观察小鼠耳廓微循环的变化。结果：小鼠耳廓微循环红细胞解聚明显，血流速度加快，微静脉口径增大，线流比例增加。结论：开音片能明显改善小鼠耳廓微循环状况。
OBJECTIVE: To study the promoting Qi and removing blood stasis function of Kaiyin tablet via observation of the changes of pinna microcirculation of mice. METHOD: Using XY3 microcirculation microscope to observe the Changes of pinna microcirculation of mice. RESULT: Kaiyin tablet depolymerized erythrocyte markedly,accelerated blood flow,widened the bores of venule,and increasing proportion of liner stream in pinna microcirclulation of mice. CONCLUSION: It show that Kaiyin tablet can markedly improve the pinna microcirculation of mice.
