摘要
以中医学理论为基础 ,通过临床观察 ,分析了绝经以后骨质丢失的病因病机 ,认为该症基本病因为肾虚精亏 ,病变在骨 ,病位在肾 ;病性为本虚标实 ,以肾脾两虚、骨枯髓弱为本 ,气血不行、痹阻经络为标。
After clinical observation, the pathogenesis of osteo-losing after menopause was analyzed on the basis of TCM theory. It occurred mainly because of asthenic kidney and deficient essence, with the pathogenic change in bones and the location of disease in kidney, its nature was deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. “Origin' referred to both deficiency of kidney and spleen, withered bone and weak marrow. “Superficiality' referred to impede circulation of Qi and blood, and stagnation of channels. This analysis provided theoretical basis for its prevention and treatment.
