摘要
以磺化硅胶为催化剂,以丙烯酸和正丁醇为原料合成丙烯酸正丁酯,系统地研究了磺化硅胶催化剂的用量、原料配比和回流时间对反应工艺条件的影响,以及催化剂的重复使用情况.结果表明,最佳反应工艺条件为催化剂质量占丙稀酸质量的2.5%,n(酸)∶n(醇)=1∶1.2,阻聚剂用量0.1g(占原料总量的0.6%),反应时间40min,反应温度115~120℃,酯化率达90.3%,反应平均产率为78.5%.此催化剂制备简单,催化活性高,后处理简便,符合绿色环保催化剂的发展趋势.
Butyl acrylate synthesizes with the sulfuric silicone as catalyst, acrylic acid and butanol as raw materials. The influence of amount, molar ratio and reflux time of sulfuric silicone on the reaction conditions was studied systematically, and also the reuse of catalyst. The results show that the optimal reaction conditions for the amount of catalyst acrylic is 2.5%, n(acid): n (alcohol)=1:1.2, inhibitor dosage is 0.1 g (accounting for 0.6% of total raw materials), reaction time is 40min, reaction temperature is 115 to 120℃, the esterification rate is 90.3%, the average reaction yield is 78.5%. The catalyst is simply for preparation, it is high catalytic activity and simple post-processing in line with the development trend of green catalyst.
