摘要
高职院校旅游专业课程设置应与市场保持零距离,做到人才培养与市场需求的无缝对接,才能真正使高职旅游院校与旅游企业互为促进,良性发展。因此,分析旅游企业对从业人员的素质与能力要求,研究以市场为导向的高职旅游专业课程设置目标、原则及开发策略是很有必要的,这对提高高职旅游专业人才培养质量具有重要意义。
Vocational tourism colleges should try to achieve the seamless connection between talent training and market demands in order to achieve co-development of vocational tourism colleges and tourist enterprises.Therefore,it is quite necessary to analyze the demands of tourism enterprises for the quality and capability of employees and to research the goals,principles and development strategies of designing market-oriented curriculum in tourism vocational colleges.
