摘要
旅游教育是培养旅游专业人才的基础。旅游管理专业课程体系设置的合理程度直接关系到我国旅游专业人才培养的质量。但目前我国旅游教育课程体系还存在着许多问题,如培养目标定位不准、课程体系设置不合理、师资知识结构偏理论少实践、旅游院校与业界交流合作不够深入等等。为了适应旅游业的快速发展,旅游管理专业课程体系改革势在必行。本文在分析研究旅游管理专业存在问题的基础上,提出了相应的改进思路与措施。
The education of tourism management has developed more than 20 years in our country, and it has already made certain achievements and accumulated a large number of experience and lesson, trained a great quantities of specialized person for tourism at the same time. But still there are various problems in the education of tourism in our country at present, such as inaccurate train objective, unreasonable course system, knowledge system of misplaced and too little communication between tourism colleges and tourism companies. For meet the development of tourism industry, tourism educational reform is imperative. This paper, on the basis of analyzing the problems of tourism management major, puts forward the relevant thoughts and methods.
