摘要
Z Y S为丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰胺基甲基丙磺酸及一种既含磺酸基又含疏水性长链烷基的两亲性表面活性单体的三元共聚物。本文报道该共聚物在溶液中的耐盐性、短期和长期耐温性、注入性( 滤过性) 、及流过毛细管时的抗剪切性的测定结果。共聚物 Z Y S在总矿化度1 .6 ×105 mg/ L 的盐水中可配成稳定的溶液,溶液经90 ℃长期(180 天) 老化后仍保持足够的粘度。
Tercopolymer ZYS is prepared from acrylamide, 2 acrylamido 2 methylpropane sulfonic acid, and 2 acrylamido 2 dodecylethane sulfonic acid for high temperature and high minerality reservoirs in Zhongyuan Oil Fields as EOR polymer. This paper presents the results of evaluating in laboratory its tolerence to salts, heat and shear resistancies, injectivity(filtrability), and thermal stability. 0.3% ZYS solution in salt water (TSD 1.6×10 5 mg/L, Ca 2+ +Mg 2+ concentration 3000 mg/L) has viscosity 35.8 mPa·s(25℃,7.3 s -1 ) and maintains enough viscosity (5.3 mPa·s) after aging at 90℃ over 180 days.
